1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires.

2Player Eligibility

To register and maintain a fry88 account, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. fry88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age. fry88 enforces this age restriction strictly and conducts age verification checks at the withdrawal stage. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
• The Player must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on their own behalf. Registration on behalf of another individual is not permitted.
• Each Player may hold only one registered account on fry88. Creating more than one account — including under different names, mobile numbers, or payment method details — constitutes a material breach of these T&C and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
• The Player must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of fry88, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• The Player must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — either self-imposed through fry88's responsible gaming tools or imposed by fry88 as a result of problem gambling concerns. Players who have self-excluded and attempt to re-register will have their new account closed immediately.

3Account Registration and Security

To create a fry88 account, a Player must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including their full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. fry88 relies on this information to verify identity and process payments. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these T&C.

• Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. fry88 will never ask a Player to reveal their password via email, SMS, or any other channel.
• Any activity that occurs in a Player's account using the correct login credentials is the responsibility of the account holder. Players must notify fry88 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• fry88 may require a Player to complete KYC identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. fry88 may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in the Player's name).
• fry88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Player has violated these T&C, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
• Account balances do not earn interest. fry88 is not a financial institution and does not hold Player funds in any interest-bearing arrangement.

Players who wish to close their account permanently may do so by contacting fry88 support at [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

fry88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods available in the Player's account wallet section. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to select Bangladeshi banks. The available methods and their limits are displayed in the wallet section and are subject to change.

• Deposits are credited to a Player's account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. fry88 does not charge fees on deposits, but the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to the Player's registered bKash or Nagad account. fry88 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for mobile money withdrawals. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• A minimum balance equal to the minimum withdrawal amount must remain wagered before a withdrawal request is approved. The current minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the wallet section of the Player's account.
• fry88 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Players receive the full requested amount. However, delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside fry88's control and fry88 accepts no liability for such delays.
• fry88 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if the account has not completed KYC verification, if fry88 suspects fraudulent activity, or if the account is under investigation. In such cases, fry88 will notify the Player by email and provide a reason.

5Bonuses and Promotions

fry88 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods. Players must read the individual promotion terms before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000 on the first qualifying deposit is available to new Players only. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold published in the current welcome bonus terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonus wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately; fry88 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus at any time.
• fry88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the date of change.
• Players who fry88 determines to have abused any bonus or promotional offer — including by placing low-risk or hedged wagers designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will have their bonus and any related winnings voided and their account suspended.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL, and T20 World Cup — are subject to their own specific terms which will be published alongside each promotion. General T&C apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

6Responsible Gaming

fry88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. fry88 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders and supports Players who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties.

• Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their account to control the amount they deposit within a specified time period. Deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Players may request a time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which their account will be suspended and they will be unable to log in, deposit, or wager. At the end of the time-out period the account is automatically reactivated unless a longer self-exclusion has been requested.
• Players who wish to self-exclude permanently may request permanent closure of their account by contacting support at [email protected]. Permanent self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fry88. Any Player found to have engaged in a prohibited activity will have their account permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21, or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Collusion with other Players, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit fry88's bonus system or pricing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not available to regular human Players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. fry88 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required by applicable law.
• Exploiting any technical error, software glitch, or pricing mistake on the platform. Winnings derived from a verifiable technical error are not payable and will be reversed. Players must report errors to support immediately upon discovery.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the fry88 platform — including but not limited to the fry88 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of fry88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any fry88 content without express written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Spribe, PG Soft, Microgaming, and Habanero remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. fry88 does not claim ownership of third-party game content and operates under licence from each provider.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fry88 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from a Player's use of the platform. Without limiting the foregoing, fry88 is not liable for the following.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the fry88 platform, whether caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party outages, or events beyond fry88's reasonable control.
• Any loss of winnings, loss of data, or other financial loss arising from a Player's decision to wager, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's account by a third party where such access was made possible by the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, market prices, or game outcomes caused by a technical error or data feed failure, where fry88 has taken reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors.

10Privacy and Data Protection

fry88 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these T&C by reference. By registering an account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. fry88 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and follows industry-standard data security practices. 11Amendments to These Terms

fry88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of fry88 following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.

Where an amendment materially affects a Player's rights or obligations, fry88 will endeavour to provide notice of the change by email to the Player's registered email address or by a prominent notice on the platform. However, fry88's ability to provide such notice is contingent on the Player having provided a valid and current contact detail.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and fry88, the Player should contact fry88 support in the first instance at [email protected]. fry88 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. Nothing in these T&C limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
